Darren Beckham, PT, DPT
Darren attended the University of Central Arkansas where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2000 followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. His work experience includes orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, home health and pediatrics. Previously, he was director of physical therapy at Winnsboro Physical Therapy in Winnsboro, LA from 2003 - 2005 before joining McMaster Physical Therapy in 2005, where he joined the ownership team in 2008 and is the current director of the Greenbrier clinic. He is originally from Texarkana, AR and currently resides in Conway with his wife of 28 years Lori, and their two daughters, Bailey and Bryce.
Darren enjoys spending his time watching his children play softball, volleyball, and golf and spending time with their two dogs, DJ and Tagg. His family's biggest shared passion is their love for all things Razorback. He also volunteers his time by serving on the Conway High School Softball Parent Association Board for 3 years.
Chris Berry, PT, DPT
Chris attended the University of Central Arkansas where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 2008 and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011. His work experience includes sports medicine, orthopedics, and pediatrics. Chris joined the team at McMaster Physical Therapy in January 2017. He enjoys working with a diverse patient population of all ages and diagnoses and currently works in outpatient and home health settings. He believes that laughter truly is the best medicine and providing a therapy experience that is fun and patient-centered is key. Chris is originally from Hughes Springs, TX and currently resides in Little Rock, AR with his wife, Ali, and his son, Everett. In his free time, Chris is an avid runner and outdoors enthusiast and enjoys hiking, camping, and gardening. He also volunteers his time to organizations such as Community Connections, Miracle League, and Camp Aldersgate, all of which provide opportunities for children with special needs to engage in either sports and/or summer camping experiences.
Jessica Leach, DPT, ATC, LAT
Jessica joined McMaster Physical Therapy in April 2016. She received her Bachelors of Science in Athletic Training in 2008 followed by her Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2011, both from the University of Central Arkansas. Jessica became a certified athletic trainer in 2008 and has provided sideline coverage for football, basketball, and volleyball teams in central Arkansas as well as event coverage for soccer, swimming and diving, baseball, softball, wrestling, and rugby. Her areas of interest include orthopedic, sports, and aquatic therapy; she enjoys being able to help injured athletes return to competition. She is a member of the Arkansas Athletic Trainers’ Association and National Athletic Trainers’ Association and serves as a clinical instructor for PT students. Jessica enjoys being outside on sunny days, playing and/or watching basketball (especially the Duke Blue Devils), and spending time with her church family. She is probably planning a trip somewhere and would love to hear about your favorite vacation destination!
W. Drew Morgan, PT, DPT, COMT
Drew received his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Central Arkansas. This is where he met his wife, Stacie who is also a physical therapist. Drew began his career in Russellville, AR before he and his wife spent 3 years living, working, and playing in Alaska. While in Alaska, Drew received advanced training in manual therapy and advanced certification in the treatment of the neck and low back through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. Drew, Stacie, and his daughter moved back to Conway to be part of McMaster's ownership team in August of 2015. Drew is a member of the American and Arkansas Physical Therapy Association. He and his growing family enjoy time spent outdoors hiking and camping. If you want to get Drew talking, just ask him about his time spent in Alaska’s wilderness.
Rachel Huie, PTA
Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in Wellness Fitness at Arkansas Tech University in 2013. She obtained her Associates in Applied Science and became a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in 2015. Rachel joined McMaster Physical Therapy in May 2015. She works both in the outpatient setting and home health and enjoys being able to reach different patient populations. She especially enjoys getting to work with patients in the pool doing aquatic based therapy. Rachel loves helping others obtain their fitness goals by instructing an aquatic aerobics class two days per week.
Gabe Freyaldenhoven, PT, DPT, MTC
Gabe earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 1996 and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Central Arkansas. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010, through the EIM Institute of Health Professions. Gabe has attended many courses such as the McKenzie Method, Paris Techniques in Spinal Rehab, MedX Spinal Rehab and numerous orthopedic classes with emphasis on knee, hand, and shoulder rehabilitation. He achieved his certification in Manual Therapy in 2015, as well. He has lectured on topics pertaining to physical therapy at the University of Central Arkansas, Arkansas State University, as well as worked with students at local high schools. Gabe is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Arkansas Physical Therapy Association, and RehabNet of Arkansas, where he is currently President of the Board of Directors. He also serves as team physical therapist for local high school athletic events.
