      Darren attended the University of Central Arkansas where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2000 followed by his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2003. His work experience includes orthopedics, sports medicine, geriatrics, home health and pediatrics. Previously, he was director of physical therapy at Winnsboro Physical Therapy in Winnsboro, LA from 2003 - 2005 before joining McMaster Physical Therapy in 2005, where he joined the ownership team in 2008 and is the current director of the Greenbrier Clinic. He is originally from Texarkana, AR and currently resides in Conway with his wife of 28 years, Lori and their two daughters, Bailey and Bryce.

      Darren enjoys spending his time watching his children play softball, volleyball, and golf and spending time with their two dogs, DJ and Tagg. His family's biggest shared passion is their love for all things Razorback. He also volunteers his time by serving on the Conway High School Softball Parent Association Board for 3 years.

      Matt is a native of Greenbrier, AR. He received his undergraduate degree and Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Arkansas State University. He played baseball for Crowder College and later went on to play first base for the Red Wolves at ASU. Matt is certified in Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) and enjoys treating the athletic population as well as orthopedic conditions. His goals are aimed at helping people move better, achieve their goals, and get back to their life.

      Matt is married to his wife, Monica, who is also a physical therapist. They have two awesome dogs together, Rocky and Tex. In his free time, Matt enjoys being outdoors, spending time with his family, and throwing the frisbee for Rocky.

      Braden received his undergraduate and Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree at the University of Central Arkansas. He is a current American Physical Therapy Association member. He is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) who is interested in bridging the gap between injury and performance, low back pain science, and shoulder injuries. He does sideline coverage for a local football high school team assisting with injury management. He met his wife at church in Conway and married her in January 2019. Braden and Stephanie are happy residents of Conway who love dogs. He enjoys spending his time serving at his church, playing sports, and watching football.

      Drew received his undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Central Arkansas. This is where he met his wife Stacie, who is also a physical therapist. Drew began his career in Russellville, AR before he and his wife spent 3 years living, working, and playing in Alaska. While in Alaska, Drew received advanced training in manual therapy and advanced certification in the treatment of the neck and low back through the International Academy of Orthopedic Medicine. Drew, Stacie, and his daughter moved back to Conway to be part of McMaster's ownership team in August of 2015. Drew is a member of the American and Arkansas Physical Therapy Association. He and his growing family enjoy time spent outdoors hiking and camping. If you want to get Drew talking, just ask him about his time spent in Alaska’s wilderness.

      Gabe earned his Bachelor of Science in Health Science in 1996 and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 from the University of Central Arkansas. He completed his Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2010, through the EIM Institute of Health Professions. Gabe has attended many courses such as the McKenzie Method, Paris Techniques in Spinal Rehab, MedX Spinal Rehab and numerous orthopedic classes with emphasis on knee, hand, and shoulder rehabilitation. He achieved his certification in Manual Therapy in 2015, as well. He has lectured on topics pertaining to physical therapy at the University of Central Arkansas, Arkansas State University, as well as worked with students at local high schools. Gabe is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Arkansas Physical Therapy Association, and RehabNet of Arkansas, where he is currently President of the Board of Directors. He also serves as team physical therapist for local high school athletic events. Gabe is married to his wife, Kristy, and has four children.

      Jordin earned her Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences at the University of Central Arkansas in 2018. She later completed the Doctor of Physical Therapy program at UCA in 2021 where she received Research and Academic Excellence awards. Jordin also received her LSVT-Big Certification in 2021, which is a specialized treatment protocol for those with specific neuromuscular disorders, such as Parkinson’s Disease. Her additional certifications include Barbell Rehab Methods for CrossFit and high school/collegiate athletes and being a credentialed Clinical Instructor.

      She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Arkansas Physical Therapy Association. She is most interested in working with young athletes, serving the community, and advocating for the Physical Therapy profession.

      Jordin is from Yellville, Arkansas, but currently resides in Conway, Arkansas with her husband Tanner and her two pets. She began working at River Valley Therapy in 2021 and moved to McMaster Physical Therapy in 2025. Outside of work, Jordin enjoys reading, going to the gym, teaching Zumba, playing with her two dogs and cat, and spending quality time with her friends and family.

      Tyler joined the River Valley Therapy & Sports Medicine team in September 2019. He received his Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences in 2016 from the University of Missouri and his Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2019 from the University of Central Arkansas. He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Arkansas Physical Therapy Association, and the Sports Section of the APTA.

      In his spare time, you can find Tyler traveling, hiking, or spending time with his Aussie mix, Harlow.

      Stacie earned her doctorate of Physical Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas in 2012 after completing her bachelor of science in biochemistry at Cameron University in Lawton, Oklahoma in 2009.  

      Stacie’s previous clinical interest was pediatric physical therapy. Most recently her interests have expanded to include aquatic physical therapy, and health and wellness. Stacie joined McMaster physical therapy in May 2024 providing aquatic physical therapy.

      Stacie currently spends much of her time homeschooling her four children and enjoying time with her family and friends, reading books, and enjoying the outdoors.

      Konnor graduated cum laude from Arkansas Tech University at Ozark with an associate’s degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Following graduation, he joined River Valley Therapy & Sports Medicine as a Physical Therapist Assistant.

      Konnor has worked at various RVT clinics, including facilities in Russellville, Morrilton, and Conway. He has a passion for rehabilitation, particularly of sports-related injuries, that stems from his time as an athlete who recovered from three separate shoulder surgeries. This gives him a unique perspective from the other side of the therapist-patient dynamic and allows him to relate to the challenges a patient may face due to an injury or surgery.

      Konnor grew up and attended school in Pottsville, but currently resides in Conway. In addition to his passion for physical therapy, Konnor owns a photography/videography business where he enjoys capturing memories for local athletes of all sports. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with friends & family, golfing, and putting together intricate Lego sets.

      Colton Waters has always had a passion for helping others regain function and improve their quality of life. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Arkansas Fort Smith in 2016, then went on to complete his Doctorate of Occupational Therapy at the University of Central Arkansas in 2024. With a keen interest in hand therapy, he is currently working toward becoming a Certified Hand Therapist.

      In September 2024, Colton joined McMaster Physical Therapy, where he brings his dedication and expertise to help patients recover and achieve their goals. He stays active in the professional community as a member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA), the Arkansas Hand Therapist Society (AHTS), and the Arkansas Occupational Therapy Association (AROTA).

      When he’s not helping patients, you’ll likely find Colton exploring the outdoors on a hike with his dog, planning his next travel adventure, or putting his knowledge to the test at trivia nights with friends.

      Frankie received his Bachelor of Science in Microbiology in 1993 at the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville and his Master of Science in Physical Therapy in 1998 at the University of Central Arkansas.

      His continuing education cornerstone has been manual therapy for the spine and traditional orthopedic rehab. He loves working with the geriatric population and focusing on strength and balance training.

      Frankie is originally from Pine Bluff, Arkansas and enjoys working out, hiking, and traveling. If you want to get his attention, just ask him about 70s or 80s music!
